I applied dettol over my pimple mark for 3-4 in afternoon around 4 pm, and now there is a big rep mark on my forehead till now. I am so much worried. Will it cure and I hope it does not turn brown or leave a mark. Thanks.

You should not have had applied dettol on the affected areas. It can cause darkness of skin better apply calendula ointment on that if there is any aggravation/swelling /pain or the pimples grow in size you may require antibiotics.
