Mere pet mai 20 days left side mai pain ho raha. Pet ki infection ki dawai bhi bhot kha li hai but aram nhi mil raha. Ct scan abdomen conclusion: tiny 1.5 mm nonobstructing gravel at the mid pole of the right kidney otherwise both kidneys appear unremarkable with no sizable stones, hydronephrosis or focal masses. Clear courses of the ureters and urinary bladder. No obvious signs of cholecystitis, pancreatitis or appendicitis. Relatively constipated right side of the colon with no gross bowel masses or signs of intestinal obstruction. Doctor please koi solution bataye mai is time dubai mai hun. Thanks.

Take light food, less spicy, less non veg, and more fibre in diet, more salads and curd. It should help.

Have you had any surgery before. As it's showing you had abdominal abscess previously. Please give a detailed history of that. Give a history regarding your bowel and bladder habit - burning micturition? Please describe your pain - dull ache or colicky crampy pain? Pain associated with fever or not? Is the pain continuous or sudden onset or episodic pain with gradual increase in intensity followed by relief again to reappear after sometime? Pain associated with passage of loose stool? Whether you're having constipation or diarrhea? If you have abdominal abscess previously and or or you have undergone any surgery for it in the past cause your abdominal pain may be due intraperitoneal adhesion of bowel that will not be evident on ct scan. ****constipated rt. Side of colon may be due to adhesion and subacute bowel obstruction due adhesion at the splenic flexure of colon that is causing pain due to increased peristalsis to overcome the site of obstruction. Taking drotin 80 mg and tramadol 50 mg during your pain may relieve it. But before that adequate history and physical examination is needed by a surgeon.
