She is suffering from chronic desyntry, constipation,gastric, loss of weight, thyroid. Is it necessary to do endoscopy and colonoscopy for her. Is there any preparedness required before doing these two tests from home, I mean any medicine is to be taken by her in previous night. If so inform me name of medicine, doses etc in my mail id email is it necessary to carry stool for test. I am husband of lili panda, retired ex service man and retired lician.

Yes you have to do bowel preparation before both the investigation. Stay empty stomach for atleast 12 hours. A solution name peglac is use before these investigations to completely empty your bowel.
