My doctor have advised two medicine sibelium 10 mg which is to be taken once a day for 30 days and migrafree 10 mg which is to be taken twice a day for 10 day. Two medicine have same composition flunarizine 10 mg. So I am confused why two different medicine of same composition and for different time period is being advised. Can please someone suggest me should I take it or not. Thank you.
