Dear Sir/madam, In 2010 I had an mitral valve replacement surgery. My one valve has changed and I always have doubt that. Do I need any other surgery in future?

Rheumatic heart disease is most common cause of mitral valve replacement. Rhd involves more than one valve too. Also there is chances of involvement of replaced valve again. So it is mandatory to be under followup of treating cardiologist or any nearby physician for time to time cardiac evaluation clinically and with echocardiography.
