Dear lybrate-user, may I please know if you are vegetarian or non vegetarian. Because unfortunately b12 can only be obtained from animal sources. However, if you are vegetarian but drink dairy products, then its fine. Vitamin d supplements usually don’t help when taken orally as vitamin d can cause acidity like symptoms. It is better you get vitamin d through injection route. Also both vitamin b12 and vitamin d are fat soluble, so, never eat them on empty stomach. Have them after a meal. Please get 8 hours of sleep and increase your sunlight exposure. Wear clothes with skin exposed to sun particularly belly. Sunlight is very powerful source of vitamin d. Avoid nuts, seeds and dry fruits as they contain phytic acid which is antinutrients in nature. Dry fruits such as walnuts, almonds are antinutrients which deplete our calcium reserves, there causing weakness and even tooth decay. Consume ghee regularly. I wish you all the best.
