Dear sir. I am suffering from premature ejaculation from last two years. Whenever I tried to begin the action I will be ejaculate within some strokes like 10 to 15. I will take not a single minute. Now I have consulted one doctor through online and he suggested to take dapoxetine tabs 1-3 hours before having sex and take after three days while having sex again. My question is it safe to take dapoxetine for long time. I have surfed in web and read some of the side effects of dapoxetine medicine like heart failure or intestinal problems or liver problems. So I scared to take the medicine. Will you please suggest is if safe or not. I don't have any type of deceases like bp, diabetes or any kind of heart problems or liver problems.
