Hi I am suffering from anxiety disorders, headache irritation confusion, head numbness sometimes middle pinning feels, recently visited the neurologist and he advised medicine petril beta 10 & homisure d3 my question is what is the main reason for these symptoms? And advise some helpful tips recovery. Thank you.

The headache could be due to multiple reasons. It could be a recent stress, any worry or anxious thoughts that are bothering you. Sometimes lack of adequate sleep can also be a trigger. Sometimes it might be a migraine. In such cases it is usually associated with nausea and irritability with excessive sound or light exposure. To deal with such headache, I would advise you ensure adequate sleep and food intake. Also it's better if you avoid any caffeine or chocolates especially in the night, and practice regular walks or exercise.
