This pain is due to deficiency of calcium and cause for vertigo is also the same as with deficiency of calcium the bones of the body changes shapes and so do the cervical bones and with the change of shapes of cervical bones there will be reduction of ear blood supply and this lead to vertigo, revert back for further evaluation
