I am a 23-year-old female and have had neck stiffness for the last 2 weeks because of this neck pain I am also suffering from continuous headaches, I consulted a doctor past 2 months until I took medicines I was feeling better but now it's restarted.

Neck stiffness if not associated with fever can be caused by an abnormal posture while sitting or sleeping. If you are working on your laptop try to match the screen of the laptop to your eye level so that it will not strain your neck. Excessive stress also might lead to muscle spasm ,neck stiffness and in turn headaches .try to use hot compresses on your neck which releases spasm. Also you might be needing mild analgesics and relaxant initially. If you need further medical advise you can consult me.
