Hi I was recently diagnosed with ibs, by my doctor after two previous visits to him, he had taken an endoscopy and had detected me with gerd, gastritis ans h pylori first he gave me medicines for h pylori which did not help much and then on second visit he wrote rifagut and famocid which helped during treatment then things returned to normal now I have brain fog and tiredness which usually begins after pooping in morning and increases after breakfast, I am tired the whole day. On my third visit he said I am not eating properly because I have weight loss, but I think he is not able to figure out my problem and he again prescribed me rifagut, antacid and bunch of other expensive medicines what should I do now, I feel really tired and unable to do anything.
