I am 25 years old male and suffering from psoriasis from last 4 years. I have psoriasis on my head, eyebrows on my beard, eras and spreading little bit on my upper body. I applying creams from the past 4 years as per prescribed by doctor. Please help I am tired of applying creams. I do not smoke and drink and I am vegetarian too.
