I am a civil service aspirant and as a civil service aspirant I have to spend much of my time reading. So,i'm feeling stressed and feeling pressure when i'm going to bed and it's taking more time to get into sleep and i'm unable to sleep more than 6&1/2 hours and due to this sometimes I get headache and feel like my eye are burning while I'm studying. Please help me with this.

Keep your sleep wake time fixed and avoid late night studies, instead wake up early. 3. Take break between studies and walk, stretch your back and limbs. 4.
