My child is suffering from lymph nodes and he had very weak immune system in the body every month he fall ill and have fever vomit colic and irritable bowel and he always cuffs and he is unable to digest food sometimes he does not eat food properly maximum times it does not eat food on time is not able to sleep properly and he is not fond of healthy things for meal. Please suggest me what will be the proper medication for my baby and what next steps should I follow.

don't full fill his requirements try to make him understand. cod liver oil one per day for immunity. practin syrup one hr before dinner which it induced hunger. after dinner followed by rest. syr unienzyme 2.5 ml after lunch and dinner.
