Want to understand mri screening of the whole spine cervical spine: loss of cervical lordosis. Multilevel marginal osteophytes - cervical spondylosis. Disc osteophyte complex indenting anterior thecal sac with grade iii central canal stenosis noted c4-c5, c5-c6 and c6-c7 level. Dorsal spine: marginal osteophytes noted ? dorsal spondylosis. Lumbar spine: multilevel marginal osteophytes - lumbar spondylosis. Diffuse disc bulges indenting the thecal sac and causing mild spinal canal narrowing and abutting bilateral traversing and exiting nerve roots at l3-l4, l4-l5, l5-s1 level.
