Lumbar spine: multilevel marginal osteophytes - lumbar spondylosis. Diffuse disc bulges indenting the thecal sac and causing mild spinal canal narrowing and abutting bilateral traversing and exiting nerve roots at l3-l4, l4-l5, l5-s1 level.
