I am 32 year's old unmarried male, I am facing the problem of pre cum, when ever I am talking or chatting with my girlfriend there is sticky watery fluid coming from pains heavily, last few days onwards I am getting stomach pain and heart burn, kindly suggest what is the problem of my issue.
