Hello doctor, I have been suffering from mild sciatica on my right side since last year. Then six months back, I started having mild median nerve pain in both hands. After that both of the pain were on and off but in mild way. Last week I started having stiffness on my lower back and thighs (left side) and had radiating pain as well. It felt little odd to me since my sciatica is on my right side. We took mri of it as per orthopaedist suggestion. Here are the results: 1.seronegative/inflammatory arthropathy with sclerosis, erosion and marrow edema involving sacral and iliac aspect of both si joints could represent sacro ileitis. 2.small synovial effusion noticed in both hip joints. 3. Small bulge on l4-l5 and l5-s1 discs 4. Vitamin d deficiency is this serious issue? Am doing physical therapy daily.
