Age 30 height 5 ft 11 inch weight 82 kg unmarried. In 2017 I was diagnosed with azoospermia with fructose positive im two semen report as firstly I noticed my testicle size is low. At that time my total testosterone was 3 ng/ml (range 3 to 10) .fsh and lh were 6.06miu/ml and 4.3 miu/ml respectively. I also went through trus prostate and it was normal. I masturbated alot approx 4-5 times a day from 17 to 23. As the time passed my fsh was increasing and lh was lowering down. I undergone fsh and lh few month ago and they were 8.93 miu/ml and 2.54 miu/ml respectively and total testosterone is 3 ng/ml. I have premature ejaculation problem. I have tried with my gf since 8 months but still persisting. Sometimes I used to ejaculate while kissing, with her touch and ejaculate always as she touches my penis. I have heard that primary testicular failure occurs when fsh is too high but my fsh is within range since 2017. Am I the case of primary testicular failure. Please suggest treatment option for me as I am already 30.
