I have two major issues that constrain and impact my day to day life. 1) Social anxiety disorder 2) Back pain Getting frequent headaches and stomach issues probably due to heavy anxiety and stress. Experience panic attacks twice a week. Please tell.

Dear lybrate user, I think, along with medicines, you will need to go for therapy/counselling. Counselling will help you to control your panic attacks. About the social anxiety, you need systematic behaviour therapy. You can get rid of your anxiety and panic attacks with the help of therapy. Please contact a counsellor for this. But do not stop medication on your own. Your counsellor and your psychiatrrist will advice you do that, when you will start feeling better. Take care.
