Sir I am suffering from some urinary disorder from quite few years now. I tried some home remedies problems goes and comes back. Firstly. My penis foreskin is tight and dry. If I do not apply anything on the foreskin skin from some points start peeling of itching starts and readiness comes and I apply coconut oil but problem goes for few days and come back. Please suggest how to wash penis foreskin area and what to apply to get rid of this.
