I am a breastfeeding mom. I delivered my baby on 2nd August 2023. My baby wants to feed breast milk but I can't give him because of low milk supply. I have tried almost every way which is possible. I am taking simmom plus milk, fenugreek, and fennel water in the morning, shatavari 2 tablets 2 times a day, vinamic tablets 1 tablet 2 times a day, and lactonic granules by alembic. Nothing increases my breast milk. Pressing at container for 30 minutes is too tough 20 ml sometimes it reaches 30 ml. Previously he took fm now he doesn't touch fm. If I had him forcefully he would vomit all. I am eating very well. He is hungry all the time and crying so much. After crying he gets tired and sleeps. I need excessive breast milk. What should I do about this? I need your help mam.

In the present scenario you should supplement the feeds with formula milk of another brand. Your anxiety is justified but what more can you do... you are trying everything possible. My suggestion is to keep trying all possible methods available but give the baby enough milk to satiate his hunger. Slowly your supply should increase and then he can be on breast milk. Also massage your breasts and apply heat to both breasts before feeding. All the best.
