Hello esteemed doctor's, please help me in my below issues. A) I have damn bad memory. 1) I mostly forget where I parked my vehicle whenever I go outside. Hence, it becomes few seconds/minutes exercise to recall where I exactly parked my bike. 2) I don't even remember what I ate last night mostly. B) I do not get what is being said at once by reading or listening. I tell the writer or speaker to repeat it again. In next 2-3 attempts, I relate to the sentence. Because of above issues, I struggle a lot during my workplace or in day to day life and even feel embarrassed. At office, I either record the session (if it's virtual) or try to make a note even of small points which for others is a normal work. They often say what's the point here to note it down and which makes me embarrassed a lot. Please help me to recover/be better note: however, I am surprised, it happens only selectively. Means I still can recall few incidents which happened recently or lets say childhood incidents.
