I am a female I am having constipation issues and earlier it was harder to poop but now it's easier my bowel movements are on time and I poop without any problem but poop varies alot. I don't feel any symptoms of anything but even when I poop in the morning I still feel like I need to poop and allot of times when I go to poop the second time it's little difficult. Please suggest something as I don't know what to do now. I am 22 years old 88 kg and 5 ft 4 inch. I tend to have gas easily too when I don't eat for more than 3 hours. This has been happening for the past few months and my poop has sometimes been a little loose while sometimes dry.

Miss lybrate-user first of all avoid sedentary lifestyle, do some 20-25 minutes workout daily, drink plenty of water specially 3-4 liter and take diet high in fiber add green leafy vegetables and fruit to your diet, drink 3-4 liter water, and also if the problem do not resolve take isabgol with water for 1-2 weeks in most of the cases of constipation this treatment is enough.
