I am 17 years old. I complete my last dose of anti rabbis vaccination on 6.03.23. And took tt injection again on the 105 th day from above date. My dog is also fully vaccinated. Unfortunately my dog bite me on 4 october 2023. I wash my cut with soap and apply dettol. Do I need again any vaccination.

If re-exposed, persons who have previously received full pre-exposure or post-exposure treatment (either by IM or ID route) vaccine should be given for only two booster doses, intramuscularly/intradermally (0.1 ml at two sites) on days 0 and 3, but no rabies immunoglobulin. Only adequate wound washing would be required in case of re-exposure where animal bite victim has documented proof of complete PEP or PrEP within last three months. Conclusion: YES, you have to take 2 shots on day Zero and day 3 as your were vaccinated more than 3 month back
