I am a 27 years old female, gave birth year 2022 and had lactation amenorrhea, by baby is 13 month with no period yet. I did a scan and it said both adnexa preserved and pod is free, should I be worried?

Report is normal. It is common not to get a period or scanty period or delayed periods when breastfeeding is going on.
