Age 24, 5 days ago I had a circumcision. After 48 hrs I had my 2nd dressing and told me that after 1 day you can remove the dressing and clean it with ns and apply the mupirocin ointment. The is penis swollen also the corona glans is swollen from left side. And that left side corona is feel like burning when touched. I tried applying ointment but still is feels like burn when touched. Is it due to infection?

Hello lybrate-user, do not worry, the burning sensation could be due to the exposed glans area which is very sensitive to touch. The swelling is due to the post op recovery process, nothing seems to be worrying at this moment as it is hardly a week after surgery. Just follow the advices by your surgeon.
