I have always wished to travel some places which was my dream since childhood some places with very high altitudes like reading kedarnath temple amarnath temple ladakh, but I have some medical condition keeping aside on my current medical condition I was previously diagnosed with sct as far I know and not one or two but many well to be known doctors told me not to travel at high elevation I know they are right on there place but i'm still on just one hope whether if I can visit any of my dream place if there is any way I can.

People who inherit one sickle cell gene and one normal gene have sickle cell trait (sct). Avoid very strenuous exercise ? people with sickle cell disease should be active, but intense activities that cause you to become seriously out of breath are best avoided. Infarct in people with sct most often occurs at high altitudes (greater than 1100 meters or 3600 feet above sea level). Medical help should be with you to meet exigencies. Or try if you can, patients in west africa where sickle cell anemia (sca) is endemic have for ages been treated with natural products, especially herbs, as, is still the case in rural communities.
