I am not getting my periods since 38 days. I have taken regestrone 10 mg for 5 days accordingly the previous precipitation. How long do I have to taken the medicine? Like do I have to take for more 5 days?

1) never take any medicine by previous prescription. 2) depending on your medical history, examination and goal of treatment dose and number of days are decided. 3) if used to cause withdrawal bleeding in those where absence of pregnancy is confirmed- then wait for upto 8 days after stopping tablets 4) if no withdrawal bleedibg by that time- meet gynecologist.
