Hello, you can benefit from detailed counseling sessions. I can give few points but a short answer might not explain you enough. 1. Let the child eat from his/ her hands. That will help in experiencing the texture smell taste etc. You might still need to keep a plate with you to keep feeding in between so that you are sure that the child has eaten enough. 2. Do not give processed food, that will kill hunger. No candys, no chocolates, chips, maggie etc. 3. Do not give too much food at one go. Example give 50-110 ml milk instead of one glass milk, divide all meals in small and frequent meals, children cannot eat a lot at one go. But since they are active they might need to eat in every hour. 4. Spend maximum 15 mind to feed the child. Even if he/ she is not completing the food. Let them come to you next time when they are hungry. Spending 1 hour kind of time with eating irritates the child from food and food also becomes cold and stale. 5. Make sure the child is sipping water throughout the day and adequately hydrated. 6. Never try to feed your child immediately after waking from sleep. 7. Make a regularized sleep patten from 9 pm to 6 am plus 2-3 hour afternoon nap. This will help in morning bowel movement. If the bowel movement is good in the morning, children are likely to eat better. 8. Make them run and play, a child sitting with mobile all the time is not likely to eat well. Hope these help, but applying these points may be challenging so you can directly connect with me and we can help you with detailed counselings.
