Mera left testicle mild pain hota hai to maine urologist ko dikhaya. Unhone antibiotics & pain killer ka course diya mujhe 5 days ka aur kaha pain nahi ruka to sonography karne. Report attached below. Please mujhe ayurveda, allopathy or homeopathy treatment best rahega usme guidance dena. Kya ye permanently thik hota sakta hai? Report - 1) both the testis are normal in size and shows homogenous echotexture. 2) right testis measures - 3.4 x 2.4 x 1.9 cms. 3) left testis measures - 3.3 x 2.2 x 1.6 cms. 4) the testicular arteries and vein show normal colour flow and spectral waveform on both the sides. 5) both epididymis appears mildly thickened and heterogeneous. 6) no evidence of scrotal wall thickening. 7) no evidence of dilated, tortuous veins. 8) no evidence of free fluid in the scrotal sacs. Impression:- 1) bilateral epididymitis. 2) advice clinical correlation. --end of report. --

Hello- epididymitis is where a tube (the epididymis) at the back of the testicles becomes swollen and painful. It's often caused by an infection. If the testicles are also affected, it may be called epididymo-orchitis. If want to get rid of it permanently, better to switch to ayurveda.
