Is it possible to have positional vertigo from jaws I mean I have tongue tie and tmj when I have come ice creams or candy bars any activity that uses mouth next day I feel dizziness it's whenever I move head side to side mri of brain neck normal but dizziness not gone when I close mouth my top and lower teeth won't be aligned.

It is possible that more than one nerve is getting affected, may be related to ear or spondilytis. Need proper check up.
