Namaskar sir! jaise k apne btaya k bacha kuch time tk roya ni tha, aise bacho k physical and mental growth mei kuch dikkat ana aam bat hai! waise to 6 months ki age tk exclusive breastfeefding di jate hai sb bacho ko, lekin ab usey dusre feeds de re hai, to wo hi continue rkhiye! 6 months ki age tk k bacho k liye alg feeds atey hai, uske bad alg, plus aur soft foods b add krte hum 6 months k baad milk k alawa, jise complimentary feeds b bolte hai. Plus regular checkup with a good local practitioner is necessary, bcoz uski mental n physical growth, hearing and vision assessment, kuch feeding, sleeping or behaviour issues, in sbka dhyan rakhna pdega apko! problem k according treatment b required hoga, as and when possible. Ap usey abi 6 months tk wala formula feeds dijiye, then will add complimentary feeds. Thank you.
