Hii am having bleeding due to piles for last 15 days and doctor suggested operation. Can piles be treated by homeopathy? Also homeopathy doctor suggested there is no need of operation and to take acidum nitricum 200 for same. Can we take acid nit 200 daily? Is there ang side effects of this.
