Sir, I am 43 years male. I have gastrointestinal problem since 15 yrs, I did my endoscopy colonoscopy small bowel biopsy 15 years back when I had this problem, all test came normal ,except I was b12 defienct. My symptoms was nausea, diarrhoea with abdominal pain, now gain in 2023 I did my endoscopy it showed mild antral gastritis with hpylori positive infection, now my symptoms are heartburn, diarrhoea,pain in ribs, pain before passing stool and during stool, I have nausea ,chest pain, please suggest some homeopathy medicine.
