Dear sir/ma’am one of my patient have been suffering from following problem (as per ultrasound report) liver - measures 167 mm enlarged in size outline and increased echotexture. Urinary bladder - is adequately filed with wall is thick. Pre void - 506 ml & residual urine volume - 56 ml. Prostate - measures 29 grams in wt. Hepatomegaly with fatty liver grade-ll. Enlarged prostate. Cystitis and residual urine volume -56 ml. I am unable to decide, whom to contact, whether gastroenterologist or urologist what would be the meal for him, whether he can take non veg food like chicken, mutton, fish, egg etc or he should take light food like vegetables, fruits etc please help regards.
