I feel pain in my left groin area and after few minutes that pain also lefts to my left testicles. To get relive from the pain I have to masturbate. Once I masturbate the pain goes away within 5-10 minutes. And after one-two days the same pain repeats and I have to the same thing to get relieved from the pain. Please help me with what?s happening?
