My lft test report is as ggt 292, alp 134, sgpt 107, direct billib .21i am non alcoholic. Never taken alcohol or smoking. Is it curable? How I can lower it.

You need not always be an alcohol dependent person to have elevated enzymes. It can happen in liver disorders, biliary disorders, Blood conditions, due to medications or other substances Or genetic problems too. So consult a Hepatologist and seek remedy. Good luck.
