I am 35 taking sleeping pill since 5 years, recently consulted doctor suggested rbs, cbc and ecg for body stiffness and pain and headache. Everything is normal but no was 150/90. Suggested to leave sleeping and told be calm everything will be normal. But I am feeling restlessness all day. Help me to out of this problem.
