Hello sir. If it is just cough and cold I suggest you go with 5 ml of gredex am three times daily after meal for first 5 days. Once her symptoms resolve you can give it sos. Also avoid exposure to cold ac or direct fan. Keep the child warm if the child is suffering from fever and other symptoms as well kindly contact back. Hope your child recovers soon.
