My foreskin is tight and not retractable, so ive been trying to do some. Exercise and retrace it little by little everyday. But today only when I pull it back, I saw some white stuff which was sticked between skin and gland and couldn't remove it with water. Im 25 years old. Im not sure if its natural or some kind of infection or something else. Please provide any knowledge on it.
