My 10 months old is having runny nose n wet cough from past 4 days and she had 103 fever for 3 days giving her 0.7 ml of wikoryl and 0.5 ml of kufril and 1 ml of dolo 120 but no recovery only her fever has come down by the way baby weight is 8.5 kg from three baby is only on milk feed not taking any solid food kindly help with some good medicines.
