One month ago while doing masturbation i'm getting pain and in one month I have suffering for pain after one month I consulted a doctor they task to test ultrasound for scrotum and they noticed that grade 1 varicocele in left testicle and epididymis cyst in right testicle they gave anti biotic after one month the pain gone and now my both testicles are hard feeling like rock is there any problem?
