I am a 23 year old female and I had a medically induced pregnancy termination last year on november 21st 2023. It is almost 2 months now and I have not seen my period yet but I have a white milky cream like discharge with no foul smell. I have had lower back and lower abdominal pain though it lasted like 3 days last week and it would go away with pain killers. Should I be worried and what could be the problem. I also feel as if I have vaginal dryness though I have the milky cream like discharge and also I get slight lower abdominal pain should I also be worried about it please help.
