Hi my son born on 6 dec and he is around 7 weeks 5 days now, I am concern about his stool he passes very tight stool and I saw a minute blood droplet in it? and he is on formula fed along with it on breastfed too but more on formula fed and poop colour is yellow, or light yellow.
