My period is always irregular. I did scan (transvaginal ultrasound) 2 weeks back and it showed v little cysts in my ovaries but the gynecologist said not big prob. He gave me tab. Duphaston 10 mg tds x 6 days for correcting my late period. Now my period is going to end in few days. Since I am ttc, I am worried I might not ovulate. I mean my previous cycle lasts like 3 months (i got 5 times periods last year, that lasted 9-15 days with heavy bleeding). What I should do if I want to conceive naturally? Is there any medicine for that? Will duphaston help me to ovulate?
