20 years old male suffering chronic diarrhoea for more than 2 years colonoscopy shows ileal nodularity biopsy shows nodular lymphoid hyperplasia in impression ct entrography done ct study reveals thickening walls of the jejunum and illeum along with clumping of the jejunal loops features are suggestive of inflammatory bowel disease but koch lesions could not be ruled out I am pentasa 1g there times daily for more than 4.5 months previously my symptoms was improved but for 30 days it was again where it started a month back I went for check doctor continue the medicine and added steroid budez cr 2 tab for 8 weeks but still I am in doubt its inflammatory bowel disease or tuberculosis ans prefer from physician ayurvedic homeopathy ans not needed.
