34/f, during my 2nd pregnancy in 2021, a routine echo test was done and I had mild mvp. Doctor said it wasn't to worry as I didn't have any issues and no medications done. Now I have an interest to do yoga asanas and meditation. Can I do with this condition? Will this affect me in anyway.

You can definitely do mild yoga asanas and meditation, which in contrary will improve your condition. But, you must avoid heavy running and exertional exercises.
