I am a 72-year-old male suffering from insomnia and I am having headache on left side all of a sudden it continues if I don't get a good sleep also I have a history of heart problem as I had a bypass cabg earlier and stenosis latter have been undergoing meds for this also I have issues with my bowel moment as I have to take laxative for stool moment kindly suggest me some solution for the same.
