I have been noticing some kind of white discharge through vagina and very bad smell also. I waa being diagnosed with iron and b12 deficiency 1 month back and I am taking these medications - ferritin is very low add tab hemfer-xt once in a day for 5 months minimum, vit b12 low add tab me-12 od once in a day for 2 months. Kindly suggest about my vaginal problem.
