The doctors have suggested weekly monitoring of bile acid and have suggested to go for early delivery. What should be wo do as a an informed and mature approach.

Early delivery as soon as baby reaches maturity is advised in cholestasis of pregnancy due to risk to the baby, in such a case delivery is done at 37 completed weeks. Weekly monitoring of enzyme levels as well as increase in dose of udiliv can be done to manage these levels.
